Shipping & Delivery
Last updated: June 2026
We dispatch quickly, pack discreetly and track every order, so your research materials reach you without fuss. Here is exactly how our delivery works.
1. Where we ship
We currently ship across the United Kingdom, with delivery to the Republic of Ireland available on selected orders. We are unable to ship to other destinations at this time. If your delivery address falls outside our coverage, your order may be held or cancelled and refunded.
2. Dispatch and processing
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are prepared and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day. During exceptionally busy periods, processing may take a little longer, and we will let you know if so.
3. Delivery times and carriers
UK orders are sent on a tracked next-working-day service with a trusted courier. The vast majority of mainland UK addresses receive their parcel the working day after dispatch. Remote areas, the Highlands and Islands, and Ireland may take an extra day or two. All delivery timescales are estimates and are not guaranteed.
4. Shipping costs
Standard tracked UK delivery is a flat £4.95, and shipping is free on all UK orders over £110. Any applicable charges are always shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
5. Discreet packaging
Every order is sent in plain, unbranded and padded packaging with no reference to the contents on the outside. Your receipt and product information are sent separately by email, so nothing identifying arrives with the parcel.
6. Tracking your order
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel in real time. Please allow a few hours after dispatch for the first tracking scan to appear.
7. Missed deliveries and address accuracy
Please make sure your delivery details are correct at checkout, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If you are not in when the courier calls, they will usually attempt redelivery or leave a card with collection instructions. Parcels returned to us as undeliverable can be resent, though a further postage charge may apply.
8. Delays and risk
Once an order has been handed to the carrier, responsibility for the parcel passes to you. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by the courier or by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as severe weather or strike action. If your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable time, contact us and we will help track it down.
